Stefan joined FinLab in 2004 and is member of the board since 2013. FinLab is one of the largest German company builders and investors in the financial services technology sector. Before he became board member of FinLab, he worked for a stock listed venture capital company in Berlin und Frankfurt. Within his position at FinLab he is also responsible for Heliad Equity Partners legal&compliance department. FinLab and Heliad benefits from his 15 years of expertise in private equity, venture capital and capital markets. Additionally, he holds several supervisory board positions in regulated companies and a master degree of laws from Westfälische- Wilhelms-Universität Münster in mergers&acquisitions.
