Michael is the Managing Director of Redline Capital Management S.A. based in Luxembourg, the investment director for the Fund, Chairman of Redline’s Investment Committee and a member of Redline’s Board of Directors Prior to joining Redline, Michael worked as a Venture Investor in Berlin (with Investments in MeinFernbus, High-Mobility, Firmen-KFZ). Before that he was Vice President for Strategy and Member of the Management board at JSFC Sistema, prior to that he was Vice President for Strategy, M&A and Corporate Development and Member of the Management Board of MTS Group Michael began his career with AT Kearney leading various strategic initiatives with European Telecoms Groups Michael holds an M.A. in History and a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Gottingen
