Before joining, Marja worked at McKinsey & Company on a range of strategic projects across the private and public sector, with a focus on consumer goods and private equity. Marja graduated from the University of Oxford with an MSc in Sociology, where she specialised in social network theory, and a B.A. in Economic and Management.
