Marie-Louise Weeda (1985), attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, in particular MBOs, LBOs and venture capital investments. Her clients include private equity and buyout funds, investment funds, venture capital funds and (inter)national industrial corporations. Previously, she worked in the Competition and Regulatory practice group and has experience in advice and litigation on competition and public procurement law.

Marie-Louise is a member of the Amsterdam bar since 2012.
