Jonathan Becker joined e.ventures in 2011. He supports the European team and focuses on early-stage investments with a special focus on Marketplaces, SaaS and developer tools. Before rejoining the team in Europe, Jonathan had been part of the firm’s San Francisco team. Prior to joining e.ventures, Jonathan held several positions within the Otto Group. His duties included Corporate Development, the rollout of a new eCommerce platform for Otto Japan in Tokyo and the creation of several web applications for the product discovery startup smatch.com. Jonathan has a technical background holding a degree in Computer Science and Business Management. He gained additional experience studying abroad in Indonesia.
