Jo Ann Corkran, is the lead partner of Golden Seeds Fund 2. Golden Seeds Fund 2 LP is a vintage 2011 fund with $26.5million in committed capital. It’s an investment firm dedicated to delivering above market returns through the empowerment of women entrepreneurs and the people who invest in them. Prior to joining Golden Seeds, Jo Ann spent the majority of her 20 plus year Wall Street career at Credit Suisse, and also worked at Morgan Stanley Asset Management and First Boston. She started her career as a Consulting Actuary in the Econometric Modeling Area of Buck Consultants. Jo Ann holds a BS in Mathematics from NYU and was a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (Lapsed).
