Jacob has worked in the venture capital industry for eleven years, and has been on the operational start-up side for many years, as COO for security company Secunia, and as co-founder of a number of tech start-ups. Jacob works hands-on with Northcap portfolio companies, and is on the Board of a number of the VC’s investments. Jacob holds a M.Sc. BA and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School and additional financial and entrepreneurial education from Harvard Business School, INSEAD and MIT. Specialties: Development and internationalization of technology companies. Investments in private companies, M&A, deal structuring, deal negotiation and board work.
